WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE? LaTease Rikard
Your ad needs to have a focus, a reason for existing. Once you get buyers to react, by generating interest in your product, how do you want them to contact you? By email? Reply to an auto responder? Call you on the telephone? These are all valid methods of establishing an ethical business rapport with the buyer, letting them know that you are real, you exist and are not just a name on a website in cyberspace. Now that you have your readers' attention, you must move to the next step, stating the benefit. You have to give them a taste of what your offer is and how it is going to improve their lives if they use your product. Present a solid specific fact, like mentioning research has been done or using specific concrete concepts to show the reader how the product has been useful to others. Ex. "Studies have shown that webmasters who learn the tools to effective copywriting make more money than those who don't learn them." Or "Our top people earn 5 figures a month working part time." You want to trigger a feeling, a good one in the reader that propels them to take the next step, which is to keep reading your ad! Everyone wants to triple their income, and work from home. We all want to fire our bosses and set our own time schedule. With the morning commute behind us, we can truly enjoy that first cup of joe, if this is what you have to offer the reader, financial freedom, then tell them that. Talk to your reader as if they were sitting across the table from you. If you use this relaxing, natural tone in your ads, it will envelop a level of trust and credibility that can not be bought.
